You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and epicrealm.top regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
